Pros

Camaraderie amongst internal team to support one another in wearing multiple hats due to lack of expansion to accommodate growth Higher pay for contract workers

Cons

No benefits or perks with this company - unless you’d like COBRA Late payments for contractors and hourly employees, sometimes payment for work performed denied if any errors made on assignments. No true vision for the company, leaving large projects unfinished or giving them to overworked employees CEO has no oversight from board, belittles employees and contractors when angry, sometimes leaving individuals in tears or terminating them on the spot Favoritism and dishonest practices of offering gifts to certain employees but leaving other employees without even a small bonus As an employee, expect to work at any hour of the day… or anytime as there are no outlined hours “This is not a 9-5 job” Questionable practices by the CEO in areas that put the different internal teams at risk

Pros

Some coworkers were hardworking and supportive.

Cons

Terrible leadership and one of the worst company cultures I’ve experienced. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and completely undervalued. Going above and beyond means nothing here — hard work is rewarded with more work, not recognition, growth, or fair compensation. Management is disrespectful, disorganized, and disconnected from employees. The CEO is rude and offensive, and HR exists to protect management, not employees. Concerns are ignored, communication is poor, and there is little to no accountability from leadership. The company expects loyalty while giving none in return. Morale is extremely low, turnover is high, and employees are treated as disposable. There is also an unhealthy focus on protecting the company’s image instead of addressing the actual problems internally. Overall, this is not a place where employees are respected, supported, or valued, and I would not recommend working here
