      A complete and total mess. Unstructured, unprofessional, unethical, and fraudulent. RUN AWAY!! Do NOT work here!

      Pros

      There are none. HR is not honest about the role you are hired for. The turnover rate is so high and HR is so desperate to fill seats that they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to accept a position. The only positive is that the office in a great location and you get to park in a parking garage.

      Cons

      Everything! Company is years behind in tech. They have no idea what their monthly revenue is. There is no standard of operations between the different facilities. Dishonesty and backstabbing run rampent throughout the corporate office. Most of the Sr leadership team does not even live here. They fly in once a month for meetings,etc and then leaver again. Total disconnect from their team. This company's business model is a Ponzi Scheme.

      Pros

      Located in Nashville, decent office (though you'll be in a tiny cubicle; only friends of the CEO get offices).

      Cons

      Clique-ish, oppressive, horrible culture and astronomical turnover. This company suffered a hostile takeover by a board-appointed CEO in 2013, and the culture tanked after that. Since then, they've had trouble keeping anyone who isn't her close personal friend on board, due to her blatant favoritism and sexism (not only toward males). Absolutely zero opportunity for advancement and you'll be expected to happily shoulder the workload of 3-5 people, for far less than industry-standard compensation.

      Pros

      Vivere Health is a young company with much potential to be great.

      Cons

      The leadership seems to keep changing with so many employees coming and going. Perhaps it is growing pains but it seems so disorganized most of the time. The upper management does not listen to concerns of middle management and employees at partner practices are often left in the dark about big changes and decisions.
