Since then, they've had trouble keeping anyone who isn't her close personal friend on board, due to her blatant favoritism and sexism (not only toward males). Absolutely zero opportunity for advancement and you'll be expected to happily shoulder the workload of 3-5 people, for far less than industry-standard compensation.
