- Higher management promotions not based on skills or performance (or any other obvious merits)
- Higher management that is usually never there for you (neverending meetings discussing puppy pictures, and cat videos), unable to make decisions in a timely manner or not sure what is going on altogether, as 'they are under too much stress' after that third vacation abroad for this year
- HR staff can literally hip-check you and not notice you were there unless there were other people around (does not apply if you are at a higher position, then you're important to them)
- Very relaxed environment, with people standing around chatting all the time. Although this could be awesome and help with your stress levels, more often than not it makes your life hard if a client is waiting for you on the line and you cannot get them answers
- 'Oh, this person is no longer working here, we wish them all the best in his/her future endeavors' kind of firings, based on personal grudges rather than actual performance issues
