Pros

There are some nice people, pension contribution is generous, the job itself is enjoyable unfortunately it’s the slt and culture of the company that make it unbearable

Cons

SlT is an echo chamber annd anyone who disagrees is the problem. They doesn’t want to listen or evolve with the times. Culture is toxic, if your “in the club” you’re in a sweet spot and never will be challenged and can get away with anything, if your just a “regular” you’re excpected to do it all and under scrutiny, blame culture is real. There are redundancies every year, sales team retention is about 1 year because targets are unachievable and pay is low and there is no career progression. I’d avoid this company

Really cares for its employees

Pros

Vygon is one of these rare companies that really cares for its employees. There is a high level of transparency in the company performance and the management explains the reasons behind key decisions. There is also a strong culture of respect, with everyday small gestures to motivate us and engage us. The odd poor behaviour is dealt with, which, to me, shows courage from the management. The best company I have worked in by far!

Cons

The reaction of disgruntled employees is usually a reflection of their own attitude and performance having been held to account, rather than the company culture!
