Good place to work with a terrible management

Pros
Lots of great people, Great Location, reasonable starting salary, Amazing building with lots of history, Very friendly members. 6 months staff bonus. Colleagues that work there for more than 25 years.
Cons
Management is below average. No communication between management and staff. Very disrespectful. No growing strategy. Many people that worked for more than 10 years left because of them. Using the staff in any way with no reward after that and little to no appreciation. Long working hours.
