      > Hierarchical management structure takes an age to get things done or agreed > Leadership trapped in the 1970's - hands off approach and only see them when things go wrong - never seen or spoken to the CEO - a real ivory towers organisation! > Micro-management > Lacks flexibility - management like you sitting at your desk and appearing to do work > Incredibly bureaucratic, political and status conscious > No strategic direction > No performance reviews > No development > No career progression or career plans > Staff not engaged - only going through the motions to protect their jobs > No incentive to improve > Ridiculously high salaries considering the roles and capabilities of the candidates

      - Supportive team environment - Flexible working hours and understanding management - Great opportunities to learn - Clinical lead by Psychiatry however, MDT led with less focus on medical - Great & knowledgeable psychiatrists who are kind, supportive & caring. WACHS offers regular online training presented by the different psychiatrist

      - High workload - Messy processes - Systems not supportive/aligned with the required work - Increase workload due to systems not being streamlined - having to double up on work
