High motivation from superiors and peers Professional dressed atmosphere Good income if you make it past training to your first paycheck and actually make sales
Cons
Long work hours 10am-8:30pm Monday - Friday ( They say 7:30pm but then you need to stick around to breakdown the day another hour) and 10am-6pm Saturday. Door to door sales for up to 7 hours of the day. Must be willing to look past rejection all day. The add claiming to be a marketing positions wasn't very honest when all of the positions start at door to door sales. The promotion system requires recruiting also which is basically network marketing. 3 week wait for paychecks vs the usual 2
