Pros

Lots of freebies in the head office i.e. stationary, books, etc. You can tell that there are a lot of improvements on the horizon & big growth trajectory globally.

Cons

Pay is not line with London avg. Limited company events. Very "cloak & dagger" when it comes to bonuses/ performance etc.
