      Not many - working from home and flexible shifts

      Cons

      Tracked constantly on hubstaff - every URL, app, tab etc is watched HR is a joke and have no qualifications and only work to help the boss - not employees No real room for progression within the company Toxic work environment - if your face fits kind of place High turnover of staff leaving Poverty level pay Could go on and on - amazed this company is still running All the reviews that are positive are fake and written by current management and HR trying to improve the image of the company - don't fall for it

      HR and management were a nightmare Time tracker 3 shots per 10 minutes Trial evaluation done by sense and intuition Mistakes aren't well investigated, manager just wants to close the case even if they blame wrong people
