      Pros

      Fintech company growing quickly and gaining global respect as a payments partner. Inclusive and fun culture with high standards and expectations. Very interesting and challenging work.

      Cons

      No company does everything right all of the time but there is a passion to learn and improve. Wallester is not yet Apple so cant always address every development point immediately.

      Offers the opportunity to learn and grow, allows for financial stability and independence. Provides a chance to contribute to society and make a difference , offers opportunities for personal and professional development.

      Cons

      I am satisfied with Wallester and do not see any cons. Maybe only a limited ability to work remotely, but a beautiful modern office solves it

      The product is alright, in theory the company should work yet in practice...

      Cons

      A toxic work culture that would make anyone want to quit this job. Mismanagement and rudeness towards employees. HR department is a joke, wouldn't want to ever interact with them again. They are rude and openly disrespectful. If you're thinking about working here - don't. It's not worth it. This is a complete waste of time. Very poor communication between management and the developers. I'm appalled by how many good reviews they have, this seems fishy. You can't work remotely which is awful nowadays! The CEO is racist towards employees. There's no diversity in the office since the team consists only of Russians.
