      Pros

      The only pro is: On time salary

      Cons

      There are so many cons working for this company. There is no work life balance, they force you to work for extra hours. Office timing is flexible as per policy but still they make you work for at least 10-11 hours. Managers are arrogant and doesn't care about employee's wellness. Lot's of politics. I wonder which people put these positive reviews! Also, after each month they sent a performance sheet like how you perform, they intentionally give you bad reviews if your bond is completing nearly so that on the time of appraisal meeting, they can show you how you have performed!! Like disgusting. Put this company as the last option on your list, if you really care about your mental health.

      - I have been working with wappnet for the last 5+ years and the quality of the Projects is good to learn. - I worked with a project size of 2 months to 12+ Months - Team assistance is solid - For the last 5 years I got my salary always on time and never missed - I also got Project Bonuses as well. - Opportunity to improve my communication and communication with Client as well - Company offering weekly sports activity as well.

      Sometimes I have to work on US time during the site deployment or Product push but it's okay company compensate it
