Pros
27 hour work weeks for 40 hours of pay! Off everyday at 3PM and at Noon on Fridays. Very accommodating to the needs of employees with children. Incredibly skilled group of designers and developers that are always willing share their experience with the rest of the team. Philip Warbasse, who heads the design team, is a genius who can be compared to any great corporate leader of our time. Exciting projects, mostly in the Entertainment, Health Care and Finance industry.
Cons
While Santa Monica is a great place to work, West Los Angeles traffic can make for a long commute. Sometimes parking can be difficult too. It's hard to get hired here but, most people stay and everyone has a chance to move up at some point.
