Pros

The pay used to be good. My pay was $23.50. Base was $20 but obviously that’s changed. Free food on Wednesday.

Cons

Toxic management culture — immaturity, favoritism, and gossip are the norm • Extremely high termination rate — people get fired or pushed out constantly, sometimes without warning or valid reason • Unrealistic expectations placed on employees without proper training, resources, or support • Zero work-life balance — constant pressure to “do more with less,” even when burned out • Chaotic and disorganized — priorities shift weekly, and communication is inconsistent at best • No accountability at the top, but workers are held responsible for every mistake • Low pay for the workload and stress, especially in high-risk or labor-heavy roles • No real growth opportunities — just lip service and empty promises • Safety corners are cut when it’s convenient, but you’re still blamed if something goes wrong • Nepotism and favoritism run deep — family or long-time friends of leadership get special treatment • You’re treated like you’re disposable, no matter how hard you work or how loyal you are • Management acts like high schoolers — cliques, mood swings, and personal drama spill into daily operations
