It's a start-up company where almost everyone who works in it has committed their heart to helping recover environmental issues through the spirit of waste management. It's a kind of fulfilling means of life, somehow, for me at least. That is the reason to keep in mind as someone who joined the company because of the value 🌱
Cons
Because it is still a startup, there are times when the company needs to expand and hire many people to join and help the company grow. And there comes a time when the company has grown enough, and then "efficiency" becomes a reason to end relationships with people who have helped the company.
