      Horrible office atmosphere. Rude and unprofessional management. Company is not diverse what so ever, and are quite prone to age discrimination. Some staff are under qualified for the jobs that they do and are quite unethical.

      None. Trust me, you will miserable.

      Cons

      This is a very greedy franchise. You will be looked at as a unit of production and not as a person. You will be pressured to sell high end equipment regardless of the customers' needs and wants. You will get more flak from management for signing up a rental customer then if you walk away with nothing. I was frequently asked to do unethical things such as run credit on people without their permission. I was frequently told to lie. Turnover is very high.
