The CEO, Michael Stocker, is the worst leader I’ve ever encountered in my professional career. He is unethical, dishonest, and incompetent. The turnover at the company is out of control and the culture could not be any more toxic. Michael constantly plays favoritism arranging private invite only dinners where he openly makes fun of current and past employees. Just in the last few months several employee benefits have been taken away without justification. For example we no longer have sick days. This forces employees to take PTO or pressure them to come in sick and risk other team members’ health. He doesn’t have an ounce of empathy and lacks the ability to take ownership of any kind. Seriously, he is the worst.

The con - The CEO, Michael Stocker. This is truly, truly one of the most toxic and horrible workplaces that I have ever worked at, let alone have even heard of. The review below is all true, and so much worse. Almost every single Way employee would agree, past & present. My morals, values and questions as a decent human being were consistently questioned here on the daily. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. PLEASE do your due diligence and speak to current and former employees of Way before accepting any offer here. The horrible culture and toxicness come from the top down (CEO) with no regard for customers, employees or humans in general. The company is NOT doing well, deals not sold in months and consistent hiring and firing of Sales reps on a monthly basis. If you're going to join a toxic company, at least join one that might have a shot of going somewhere. This one will not, I promise you that.
