      Pros

      There are Absolutely no pros about this company.

      Cons

      -inefficient -unorganised - lack of cohesion -not a real ESL company. -no one could ever recommend This is an extremely unreliable and unorganised company. I wasted so much time considering this company and giving it the attention and care it really did not deserve. I had thought that perhaps they were serious is their growth and were looking to grow rapidly as is the norm in Chinese ESL companies. However they will give you false promises to keep you interested and have nothing to show for it. Do not waste your time applying. You won’t gain anything out of it. You will never see any money come out of the time you give.

      Amazing company but lacks classes

      Pros

      - Staff is amazing and very polite - Teaching materials are very well designed - Students are great - Pay is great/on time - Everything is very professional - No Beijing peak times

      Cons

      - There is only one bad thing about this company but it is a very big one sadly: lack of classes. I had 8 classes per month on average... Verdict: Consider working for WeTalk360 only as a secondary/tertiary job

      Pros

      I love working for this company! The lessons are specifically designed for online classes with second language learners. It's great to teach more than one student in class because then the students can interact with each other. The stronger students can also support the ones who might be nervous or with a lower comprehension level. Teaching the same students weekly allows you to build a rapport and track their progress. You can easily get in touch with TAs for support and they are so helpful. I would definitely recommend this new company to others.

      Cons

      As they are a new company, it can take a couple of weeks for your class schedule to fill up.
