      Pros

      It is good to work here if all your goal is to have part-time job and just need a small amount to pay for your some needs. What's good here is that the lesson is given and it has scripts so you don't need to worry about how will be your lesson flow.

      Cons

      The salary rate is not good. So low and they are announcing that salary rate was increased but then, if you will check your payslip, they are not updating the salary rate. If you will not notice it, then they will not increase it! Oh common! They should do their job well as we are doing our best to give our service too! Then, what's sad here is that when you noticed it late, they will just Apologize. They will not give you the salary that you deserved to be paid off!

      Incentive scheme and salary increase does not live up to real situations. They can easily manipulate variables for salary increase. There is no definite ruling for skipped and cancellations. They can easily rig the rules based on the present situation, and these rules are not included on black and white company's policy.By doing so, tutor's salary rate goes down.This is CHEATING!!!EXPLOITATION!! You are welcome for stealing away tutor's salary by your excuses ,which is not included in your written policy. WHAT YOU SOW TODAY , IS WHAT YOU REAP IN THE FUTURE. SUPPORT IS NOT HELPFUL .No real-time response for emergencies and queries because they want tutors to fail the criteria for salary increase.

      There are no pros, the company only cares about profits and revenue, employees are just a means to an end.

      Cons

      Terrible salary, I was a bit naive when I decided to become an employee after graduating. They don't give a sh*t about your efforts and contributions. Please don't waste your time with this company. I really felt like a real slave working for this company.
