- Pays well - IT Savvy and Modernized Company - Colleagues are nice (Same level) - Great benefits
Cons
- OT Culture - Toxic work environment whereby leaders will call you at any hour of the day, and some managers/team leads have to work extended hours (weekend) to cater to the schedule of the C-Suite. - The company is still trying to integrate English to their global expansion, but as of Mid 2022, the systems as well as documentations are still mainly in mandarin - e.g policies, orientation, communication with certain teammates/stakeholders and meetings were also held in mandarin.
