There are many opportunities to shape the company's product development processes, as it is still transitioning from an OEM to an ODM. The company—and its leadership—genuinely supports innovation and is open to experimenting with new ways of working. If you're proactive and enjoy being part of building things from the ground up, you'll likely find the environment energizing.
Cons
The flip side of this openness is a tendency to "DIY" new collaboration methods without experienced guidance. The lack of leadership with true ODM background can make the transformation feel directionless at times. Cross-functional collaboration is often messy and inefficient, which can wear down your initial enthusiasm for building new products.
