Pros

Patient interaction is awesome. You learn a lot about your patients and it's very face to face daily. You will learn a lot here when it comes to your providers because everyone works differently.

Cons

The management is terrible. There's constant gossip, no clear and defined line of what your role actually is, and they're very picky about your time in and time out when you are done for the day. Most companies will offer PTO and benefit packages the day you start. This company had neither until recently. They say they care about treating their employees well and want to do what is best for everyone, but when it comes down to it, it's never about the employees, but rather about the management itself. The turnover rate is HIGH. They have a hard time hiring manual therapists, let alone, keep a consistent rehab tech, front desk, or MT. You are promised a specific location tended to your needs, but it will take time and seniority before you're given exactly what you were promised in the beginning. The communication is absolute garbage. They also tell you they don't want you working over time because they can't afford to waste time, but will give you a lot to do and then question why you have so many hours when they expect it to be done the same day. You are responsible for the growth of the company by marketing even though they should have a marketing staff.

Pros

Minimal oversight, when you actually got a paycheck it was good, get to help the elderly in nursing home settings

Cons

Wellness Solutions out of Tennessee engaged in fraudulent business practices that led to hundreds of employees working without pay. They were under investigation by Medicare. I worked the last 2 months without pay before they went out of business. I understand they have rebranded themselves under a new LLC, but beware.A group of employees engaged in a class action lawsuit for unpaid wages. Google the company name and the news artles will come up.
