      Pros

      Staff are sincere and helpful...if they are not intimidated by you!

      Cons

      List is long: If you are capable the workload intensifies whilst the other teachers get away with lighter workloads. Lots of on-going dramas and cliques. Christian based school so expect LGBT bashing.

      Pros

      Supportive colleagues and everyone trying their best to teach the best way they know and create supportive environment for the students.

      Cons

      For a school that holds Christian values as values, it's sad to see such political and favouritism environment created by the leadership team and HQ. Teachers are lowly paid, overburdened with unnecessary admin work, no training to develop teachers and promotion/bonus/increment is not based on merits, it's on leadership team preferences and old school policies that dont recognise the hard work that teachers have put in.
