      Pros

      Family oriented company that values its employees. There are sister companies at the same location, so there are many opportunities to learn and grow. The people are great, and I love coming to work every day!

      Cons

      We are in the insurance industry. If there's an uptick in claims due to inclement weather, we are expected to roll up our sleeves to help our policy holders. That is that nature of the business! However, in the off season they off-set that with 7.5 hour workdays, so it all balances out in the end........ so it's not really a con.

      Pros

      Benefits, Flexibility, Gym, Company Activities. The company has been in transition, strengthening their position in a competitive market. They have been working hard to provide security to their employees and clients. I believe the company is heading in the right direction.

      Cons

      There are some negative employees.
