This is a fun and creative place to work. There are, or at least were, many talented people working here.
Cons
The management / owner is the worst. Tend to blame all issues on one or two people in the shop and do not take responsibility for their own issues. Management is more concerned with their own image, and bragging about running a company, rather than being concerned about their clients or employees.

None that outweigh the multitude of Cons about working here.
Cons
The owner is an emotionally manipulative, verbally abusive, narcissistic bully that views every employee as dispensable. They believe that THEY are the business, not the group of skilled people that they employ. Worst employee turnover I've ever seen or heard of. In my 2 years I saw an average of 1 employee either quitting or being fired every 1.5 months in a business with less than 20 people, and every single one of them left because of the owner. Truly a toxic workplace culture that is unfixable because it comes from the top down. Save yourself the mental trauma and stay far away from Western Neon.
