    Pros

    Hard work but good fun. Nice group of people and feels like we are taking on more established travel money brands and making progress

    Cons

    Office needs a lick of paint but pretty sure they are on the case.

    Pros

    Get to use WeSwap yourself but it doesn’t work properly.

    Cons

    Nervous energy given £6m of losses. Only sold £1m so management needs to be honest about whether the company is going under or not.

    Pros

    Liberty: Nobody cares what time you arrive or leave. Nice park near to the office: You will spend more time in the park than in the office working.

    Cons

    You will have no facilities at all here. Lack of transparency. The business is already set up and they will not listen to any new idea/improvement.

    High employee turnover, little market traction compared to competitors, low morale across the board, unfocused and inexperienced management

    - A handful of overbearing managers who are favourites and dont let you do your job and take some credits - No respect for the boundries of each others roles - Toxic atmosphere - Ugly office - Redundencies
