The culture is everything you would expect and hope for from a start-up, it has been created in the vision of 3 heavily experienced Consultants that wish to offer a varied, rewarding and rich environment for staff. The focus is equally on the client and delivering exceptional services, we get fantastic client feedback, its really something to brag about! Whitetree are in my opinion are a top employer if what you are searching for is diversity of work, the real opportunity to make an impact on the organisation you’re investing your time in, competitive financial rewards, transparency, flexibility and a strong sense of professional support and camaraderie. For me, it reignited the love for my job, it’s wonderful to feel accomplished, valued and challenged in a company that rewards success in many ways.
