      Pros

Day 1) had my name badge, locker and equipment ready to go, lots of information to take in doing the usual health and safety things. 8 weeks training was fast paced, just like learning to drive, you get the basics, then you start to learn when you practise and go live. Lots of support from my store manager, the training sessions, and other people on the training group. An LGBT and BAME forum, really great to see people from all areas of the business involved in these as-well. Got a very warm welcome. Got assigned a mentor who was really helpful in sharing top tips, reviewing orders, going through that weeks training.

      Cons

Swapping from Microsoft apps to Google apps wasn’t easy. Some essential information not easy to find (but plenty of people who can share it with you) Mentoring/buddy program needs more structure, each person on the training got a very different mentor experience. Some systems are a bit slow/clunky/feel outdated
