If you are a junior, then one of the pit stops in your learning path is doing some tech-support work. You do get to learn a lot. However, it adds to your workload of completing certifications. You might find yourself dealing with more cloud configurations instead of DevOps-oriented issues (such as infrastructure, networking and architecture). Communication in management is somewhat lacking. You must count on your colleagues to assist with answers or be a "door kicker" if you need responses to your queries from management. The CEO wasn't very pleasant in my own experience, which, in the end, led me to part ways with the company.
