      - Fun socials - Opportunities to make friends - Decent benefits, e.g. private health care, cycle to work, Spill platform

      Cons

      - Intense working environment, especially in operations - Overtime is regularly required to get all the work done - Not enough resource in the team - Not enough recognition for hard work - Lack of forward planning and concrete decision making leads to last minute launches and changes, putting huge amounts of pressure on the operations team

      Pros

      The people who work there are wonderful and a very fun bunch to be around. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. The benefits for employees are really good; mental health support, snacks and drinks provided in the office. If you're a social person, there's lots of opportunity to go out and meet with the team, and there's variety to the social events too. From personal experience, remuneration is fair. Flexible working policies and trust based.

      Cons

      It is a high pressure, high energy, fast pace environment, not for the faint hearted. If you're not going to give 100%, you won't slip under the radar. If you don't align with the mission and values, you'll find it difficult to get on with the environment of the company.
