      Pros

      The engineering work at this company is great. You have a lot of creative freedom and are in an environment to learn a lot outside of your scope of work.

      Cons

      The CEO is very selfish and does not trust his engineers to get the work done. He tries to micromanage in ways that only hurts the team and does not really care about the well being of his employees.

      Pays the bills, sounds cool.

      Cons

      Indecisive management that can't make a decision. Will change org charts and monthly plans regularly. Will hire at 40hrs a week then make +45hrs mandatory. Will withhold information and keep people in the dark.
