      Good for experience - not much else

      Pros

      Good place to learn new skills in the environmental industry - mainly physical pest plant control methods and pest animal control.

      Cons

      Was sold the idea that the job would be more ecologically based. Didn’t see much of that. Poor communication from management through to team on the ground.
