      The projects can be interesting.

      The biggest problem with this company is the CEO. I have never worked with such poor management until Windrose. The CEO has serious personality problems and does not know how to manage a company. She constantly yells at her employees when she is in a bad mood or stressed out. She also expects everyone to do their job perfectly and gets frustrated when employees do not do it her way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you are reading this review, take my advice and seriously go look for a different job. Employee turnover is high because they cannot deal with the CEO.

      Good location in downtown Fairfax, free parking.

      Cons

      Where should I begin? This is a very small company lead by a CEO who has some serious personality problems and seems to take pleasure in screaming at and humiliating her employees. The pay is very low for the amount of work that is expected and the business model (if there is one) seems to be bottom feeding off other government contractors.
