Pros

Free staff meal Lovely team Birthday off and paid for

Cons

Only salaried managers get bonuses-not other managers or crew Hire external managers meaning you take on a lot of their work you’re not financially compensated for 4 weeks in advance rotas to plan your life- gets changed a day beforehand

Pros

The ONLY pros to working this menial degrading job were the pay that comes in every 2 weeks, and the wings you eventually become tiresome of as you progress. There is nothing positive, enriching, welcoming, inclusive or thoughtful about working for this conglomerate brand! they are so inherently focused on weeding out those they deem "unfit' yet are failed to be proficient in the basics of English language.. more specifically grammar and spelling. It is completely bewildering how a company and it managerial staff can be so deluded with the wrong priorities... like making sure we upscale to the max.. but fail to be able to efficiently communicate what it is they require form an employee.

Cons

Everything. The managerial staff are not properly adept in the English language, and I mean this with no ill intent. I mean to mention this as a warning to those who have a very literate and direct communication style, as that is evidently not met at this establishment. There is no room for injury at this job.. especially within the time of probation. As my injury is the causing factor as to why I needed to take a day off.. and is now the cause of why I lost my job. Over an injury. While attempting to communicate my stages of healing, as the injury was so vast it inherently limited my ability to mobilise (and as we all know, wings top makes their employees run around everywhere). whilst communicating my stages of healing, and expressing my excitement to return. My manager had continuously left my messages on read.. not replying or repsonding which initially raised flags to me. After 4 days of one sided communication on my end as top how I was healing (bear in mind that u worked part time and was only required to work 8 hrs MINIMUM) I was told in a rather Kurt manner to "check my email". After checking my email and scrolling down to "last weeks" section on my inbox, I realised id received a probation failure email. The disrespect and disregard wasn't singularly felt in the fact that id lost my job over 'failure to attend' DUE TO MY 3RD DEGREE BURN ON MY THIGH.. the disrespect was immensely felt within the way the managerial staff handled their communication of m departure. It feels rather cruel to receive messages from someone you know isn aware that they've been fired yet. I obviously had future plans with this job and the pay check that came along with it. But thank god ive left because this is the catalyst for my own busiunesses birth! I never want to be manager by poor and inefficient middle man staff again!| none of them have any clue about what they're doing, and none of them regard the employees in any high esteem. We didn't even have anywhere to eat our food! we had to eat on the floor upstairs... ALL 80 something of us!!! HOW abhorrent!!!
