Pros
I loved working in the Customer Service team. Our managers, Tammy and Brad, truly cared about our team and our success. We all worked together through issues.
Cons
The revenue cycle as a whole at WHS is broken. They do not evolve, and issues go ignored. As customer service, we had the unique ability of being able to see every issue that occurred on the account as we are the last stage of the billing cycle. Unfortunately, when we brought up issues to other teams they became defensive and were unwilling to change.
