- Hardly any except more prestigious perception of the restaurant within hospitality industry

Cons

- Unchecked sexism and homophobia - the firm would like you to believe it's not there, therefore closing their eyes on the many issues. If you're the whistleblower, you'll become the target. - Unclear payment conditions - Poor conditions for those with health and disability needs - Be expected to perform as a senior employee immediately while actual senior employees don't know what's going on half the time/absent but never miss a chance for a pep talk. - Male employees are gross towards female employees and customers. - Like in most places in hospitality it's long hours and a very irregular schedule.
