Low wages , bad employee treatment, no promotions even though I’ve stayed a long time in the company , CEO is putting his nose in everything , even the technical aspects, ! He just makes things harder and inefficient and routine , never ever seen a CEO who involves himself in cyber stuff even though he has no experience in it, CEO as well curses a lot and says bad words in front of everyone, which is something outside of our culture , racism is something that doesn’t stop when targeting the Jordanian employees, CEO humiliates employees in-front of everyone without considering the feelings of them!!, company doesn’t provide continuous training to employees and refuses to pay for any training to let the employee grow , no bonuses at all , HR is useless as CEO is taking decisions on silly stuff such as asking for a raise (it’s always a no) , the humanitarian factor does not exist as all employees should be robots, as I recall, no employee in the company is happy as well. The experience you’ll get is silly honestly. If you’re in there for a year , you’ll learn nothing in that year.

- Very Toxic environment, CEO humiliates employees, micromanages everything, he abuses fresh graduates/students with low salaries. - CEO is involing himself in technical details, even details that he doesn't understand. - CEO constantly gives his word then he changes it. - CEO threatens employees with contract penalties. - Work environment is mentally exhausting. - Office is crowded and cramped. - CEO constantly lies ans scams customers informing them that he has multiple branches and SOCs even though the company only has one. - CEO uses abusive and strong language with employees. - CEO abuses employees to work multiple positions under one position.
