- Switched on team, passionate about driving change - Bias for action across the board - Non-hierarchical - everyone's voice is heard - Innovative - working on super exciting fintech proposition with real growth potential - Supportive and collaborative culture - there is always someone willing to share their ideas & help you develop yours
Cons
- It's a pro for me, but currently we are fully remote, so if that doesn't appeal to you then it may not be the right environment for you!

- Friendly environment - Growing company - In the starting stages so, you have a chance to really influence things and the direction - Open to experimentation within reason - Fully remote, with option to meet from time to time - Thinks about the employees' mental health - Approachable management

- Small so some process is not yet ironed out - The social side is not well established yet
