Pros

Have many positions open for 2% that can multitask.

Cons

Their expectations for individuals to multi-task in not realistic. Young unexperienced management without proper training. Huge turnover do to multi-tasking expectations and time restraints. Employees mistakes because asked to multi-task which increases mistakes by 40%. Say it will take 4-6 months, give you less than 2 weeks. Very poor training. No practice with other new hires, no script for assessment questions, poor documentation to refer back to. (Patient follow-up's) Work with a clock ticking all day for company to check if your are working too slow or talk a litle longer to gather information.

Pros

The cons far outweigh the pros. I cannot even list one.

Cons

I worked at WorkCare for a year and a half. WorkCare does not value their employees, and they are extremely disrespectful towards them. Our manager cut us down every chance possible, and HR did not intervene even after multiple complaints. It was an extremely toxic environment, they tolerated discrimination, disrespect and sexual harassment.
