Great Work/Life Balance

Pros

The work/life balance is great, especially for unionized roles. The Richmond office has an on-site gym. Everyone I worked with was extremely supportive and friendly.

Cons

It is quite bureaucratic. There are rules and procedures in place that are very rigid, and things tend to move slow. Despite there being so many employees, I did not find it to be a very social environment.
