The only Pros is that, "You're employed"!
Cons
1. Job security is a huge doubt.. The organization will chuck you out anytime. 2. No appreciation for work. 3. Anybody can take credit for your work. No transparency. 4. If you are good at licking your bosses shoes, you can stay around for a longer period of time in the organization. 5. Leave facilities are horrible. 6. Work hours are atrocious. Don't be surprised if you are on a really long duration Business Development conference call on all the Sundays. 7. Pathetic Deadline times. You'll be asked to meet deadlines as if you are a superman. Work assigned is inversely proportional to the time given to complete the work. 8. No leave policy. You aren't supposed to take 3-4 days of informed leave as well even if you are literally about to die. 9. Excessive travelling involved around remote locations to sell Books that they publish. 10. Partial payments. You DON'T obtain your salary at the right time every month. The employers quote "It's a startup, so, kindly adjust with the salaries, as we are yet to receive our funding for the term" often! So, that makes it 10 HUGE Reasons as to why you must not consider working here.
