Really unpleasant experience

Pros

Flexible working was always available.

Cons

The very latter stages of my time working here were incredibly demoralising. Constantly seeing people fired or made redundant. Never given any clear indication about what the overall vision was moving forward - honestly looked they were making it up as they went along. They’ve now utterly dismantled two flourishing businesses, each boasting glowing reviews, tons of amazing clients, and steered by incredibly talented teams. All that hard graft and dedication has now been wiped off the face of this earth. It was a never ending tidal wave of chaos, uncertainty, and dare I say it, complete ineptitude, which often defied logic. I hate the idea of leaving negative reviews for anything, but their portrayal on social media is upsetting to see - I don’t believe this to be an accurate representation of where this company is right now. Please look past the exaggerated vibe you get from their posts, and instead, look for a company that’s honest and treats staff with respect.

How are they still in business!

Pros

Hybrid working if you are close to an office.

Cons

Terrible management, no processes, extremely low morale. The higher up management is constantly being informed of issues and suggested ways to improve and it's all ignored. They bought three successful companies - two have already been run into the ground and no longer exist, the third sounds like it's on its way. No members of staff stayed for longer than two years after the acquisition - all fired (in a dodgy way), made redundant (but similar positions for lower pay advertised for straight away) or left because they couldn't stand how awful it was. Clients are all extremely unhappy. Projects run months, and sometimes years, behind promised schedules. And the quality control is terrible. Most clients who had been with the acquired companies for years have left.
