One of the worst possible companies to work for

None that I can think of.

Cons

Pretty much everything starting from CEO and management behaviour, draconian rules on the floor, colleagues being encouraged to go against each other in a climate of animosity and back-stabbing and scant opportunity to develop one's knowledge and skills with respect to the industry requirements.

Nothing really good about this organization.

Cons

The culture is extremely stressful, with zero work-life balance. People who give their 100% to their work are 200% fired. Some additional perks and benefits are listed below: 1) mental trauma because of how they treat their employees. 2) You are bound to feel 40 in your early 20s if you are forced to work 15 hours every day, including weekends. 3) You will have no hobbies to choose from because you will not have time to do so.
