Pros

There has to be some I guess, but I sure didn't find any

Cons

The senior management are the most incompetent, controlling and expert gas-lighters you will ever have the misfortune of meeting. "Head of Digital" doesn't know his top line stats even on a weekly basis, can't organize a VOIP call let alone run a department. This is clearly a few mates who are having a go at playing entrepreneurs with no business, sales or management/execution skills to speak of. The project sounds cool, like it has potential and could be a great money spinner. But get past the flashy website and big words, all that's there is a registered address in a shared virtual office space with a few people scattered across the globe misleading grads and freelancers alike.

Strange company

Pros

Close to the city centre.

Cons

Management from the top level is just an absolute joke. I still remember my showing up for my first day and not a soul being there to take me for my induction. I should have walked straight back out the office at that point. From owners CCing in the entire department for what should be a one to one chat staff with heads of departments to listening to delusional rants on the daily. I can safely say this is the strangest and most warped place I have ever worked in. "How can we get staff to give us better reviews on glassdoor?" That management had to ask that is embarrassing in its own. Icing on the cake is that they offer 1 week paternity. Check your contracts and get a HR team not solely based in the US completely out of touch with the UK.

Pros

You get to work across a number of exciting event brands in different international markets. The work is varied and your efforts can have a direct impact on performance. You are encouraged to share ideas and the founders are open to new ways of working. Effort and results are rewarded with progression opportunities.

Cons

Due to the volume of events that take place, you can sometimes be spread a bit thin and don't have the time to give every brand/event the time it requires. Things can be a bit reactive and decisions are sometimes made in the heat of the moment rather than with a more strategic lens.
