      A great environment destroyed by managers

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great and there is this good vibe between employees.

      Cons

      The pressure is too high. They will even call you out on tiny mistakes you do. When managers came, they shout and they don't care that employees are trying to concentrate and work. Also, there is lack of motivation from the upper management.

      Drinks, location, team building, parties

      Cons

      No communication, keeping people with no brain to high positions because they bosses know them personally or theh have an 'obligation'. Lowest payer in the industry. HR department useless when it comes to conflict.

      Good equipment like laptop and screen , working from home , pay on time

      Cons

      Bad communication with the leader, not telling the truth , No specific deadlines, Many (and i mean really many) hours overtime without being appreciate Surely if you find something else do not choose XM to work
