Pros

You get the chance to work on a wide range of projects in various industries

Cons

You are thrown into a project mid-stream because the last two consultants left unexpectedly. Before even completing onboarding or required training, you're expected to speak to clients about migration strategies. The pay is very low for the position in this market, and payroll is monthly, making it hard to get started. XMS doesn't provide adequate equipment to effectively do the job. There is no team leadership to provide guidance or answer questions. Instead, you work directly with a C-level executive for everything.

Pros

My experience at XMS has been better than I could have ever expected working for a company remotely. My coworkers and supervisors are accessible, attentive, and ready to help in any capacity. Work life balance is valued by management. Benefits are beyond excellent. Hearing positive feedback from a customer after completing a project is very motivating, and that is always celebrated by XMS. I can't ever imagine working for a large corporation again after being part of such a productive teamwork environment as XMS.

Cons

After nearly a year, I still can't think of any.
