      Pros

      Part of WPP and can potentially go to another group or company though they make it difficult

      Cons

      Under qualified executive team. Blame culture. Lack of clarity, direction and basic leadership skills from the top. No culture or values. No plan or vision around talent / HR is non existent despite the titles. Difficult to retain staff based on growing uncertainty and lack of a clear position within and outside the group.
