      Well team communication Competitive salaries (if paid)

      Cons

      HQ at US has no communication with employees on other regions (Turkey, Ukraine etc.). People could not get their salaries for 2 months without any infformation from HQ. Many projects with completely different technologies makes it difficult to adapt and work.

      no leadership, owner is a narcissist and if you disagree with him in anything he fires you. Unrealistic quotas, gave paycuts with promises to pay back
