Pros
Xerva is a great place to work with great flexibility and chance to gain valuable experiences in BI field. This is a fast growing start up place always growing so it's exciting to be part of that.
Cons
There is a very limited amount of "office perks" available but hopefully that will change once we expand our Orem office.
