Training focuses on motivational hype and overselling “success stories,” with little real guidance or support. The environment is high-pressure, and turnover is extremely high — most people leave quickly.
Even after declining the role, you may continue receiving automated interview reminders or calls, which can feel harassing. The recruitment process can be misleading about the role and responsibilities. If you value your time, wellbeing, and sanity, this is not a company to pursue.
