      Pros

      I have worked in some toxic work environments and am happy to say that YFM is certainly not one. The people are amazing, the company are generous with benefits & events. They aren’t into micromanaging which is breath of fresh air, you’re trusted to get on with your work and as long as that’s done, they’re really flexible. They are flexible with hybrid working etc and are always so quick to help with any issues you may have.

      Cons

      Change seems to be hard for some people.

      YFM is well-funded with significant committed capital. The team are experienced and support each other. The business is growing and developing. The business has a strong track record of successful investments. The people are down-to-earth and straight-forward.

      Cons

      As with all growing businesses, there are some growing pains as the business finds the best solutions.
